18 MB is the usual ceiling: Gmail and Outlook cap the whole message at 25,000,000 bytes, including headers and the roughly 37% that attachments grow in transit, so about 18 MB of PDF is what actually fits.

Part labelling
Documents are never split across parts unless one document alone is over the limit. Page numbering continues across parts; index links only work inside part 1.
Very large bundle
It's very rare for single court bundles to be over 1000 pages or over 50MB in filesize. You may want to consider splitting the documents into two different files (e.g. "Bundle A" and "Bundle B").
Your documents have already been saved on this computer, so if the tab does run out of memory you will be able to put them back and try again.
This PDF is damaged
If you include it, it will be marked as recovered in the bundle index. Please check it against the original before the bundle is filed or served.
